BRUSSELS (October 18, 2004) — Over 150 participants representing the institutions of the European Union, national governments and professional organizations welcomed Kellen Europe at its official launch in Brussels. The debut of Kellen Europe, a leader in the creation, management and representation of associations, emphasizes the growing influence of worldwide associations on key decision-making bodies.
