ATLANTA & NEW YORK (December 8, 2014) – Kellen Company, a global leader in association services and communications, has announced the promotions of executives Debra Berliner, Joan Cear, Phelps Hope, Travis Rush and Bonnie Sonnenschein.

The following executives have been promoted:
Debra Berliner to Senior Vice President – Berliner, a marketing and communications strategist with over 25 years’ experience, oversees the Kellen’s communications team in Atlanta, including management of the firm’s creative and digital teams. Over the past two years, Berliner has worked to provide Kellen clients with integrated services globally.
Joan Cear to Senior Vice President – Seasoned public relations counselor and former journalist Cear oversees the firm’s New York, Washington and Chicago communications teams. Along with strategic insight and superior customer service, she brings a strong consumer and crisis communications capability to the company and its clients.
Phelps Hope to Senior Vice President – Hope is a leader in the meetings and expositions industry. He continues to manage the growing meetings department which includes servicing clients in all of the offices as well as programs in Asia and Europe. He represents Kellen to the meetings industry worldwide in several key trade groups and was awarded the Professional Convention Management Association’s 2014 Global Meetings Executive of the Year.
Travis Rush to Vice President – Travis has taken the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives to new levels, including advertising, content marketing, branding and trade show presence. In addition to managing the marketing team in New York and proposal and presentation development, he oversaw Kellen’s successful first conference, Associations 2020 and Beyond.
Bonnie Sonnenschein to Vice President – A branding, marketing and communications expert with over 25 years’ corporate and agency experience, Sonnenschein manages Kellen clients in New York specializing in business-to-business communications. She has successfully led existing campaigns while significantly growing new programs and clients each year.
