Michael Brooks, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Kellen Company, has more than 25 years of accounting, finance, strategic planning, operations (including shared service centers and information technology) and business development experience. He is responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective infrastructure and directs all information technology, administrative operations, risk management and financial planning and analysis activities for Kellen Company and its clients. He manages the company’s accounting, information technology and operations departments consisting of twenty-eight professionals and is responsible for assuring the continued use of Kellen Company best practices, including strong internal control processes.
Mike has extensive senior executive experience in the professional services and consumer products industries, as well as with a “Big 4” CPA firm, Deloitte & Touche. Prior to joining Kellen Company, he served as CFO for AC Nielsen US, and later as CFO for AC Nielsen Europe, which included responsibility for the company’s Global Best Practices. He also previously was CFO for Johanna Foods and Vice President, Finance, for Kraft Food’s Dairy Group.
Mike holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Finance from Wilkes University.
