As association staff, we often answer the same questions over and over from members. Whether we’re planning an upcoming event or implementing a program for our organization, there are always frequently asked questions. You could just copy and paste your email from the last time the question was asked and send it out again, but why not make it easier for your members from the start? Put an FAQs section on your website. Even if you thought the question was addressed elsewhere on the website, your members clearly aren’t finding the information that they need, so put it somewhere easily accessible in a simple Q and A format. As time goes on and you notice you’re getting a new question more often, add it to the page.
