Members join associations for a variety of reasons: networking opportunities, educational resources, advocacy, etc. It’s easy to get caught up in one, and forget that the rest exist. Remind your members, either by posting information online, through email or a newsletter of the benefits of membership. You’ll drive home the real value of the association and allow for increased engagement. Also, when renewal season comes around, you can be confident your members understand the power of the association as a whole.
