Reed Hitchcock Promoted to Vice President of Kellen Company

 

Atlanta, GA (December 4, 2008) - Kellen Company, a premier global professional services firm and one of the world’s largest association management companies, has announced the promotion of Reed Hitchcock to Vice President.  In his new role as part of the executive management team, Mr. Hitchcock will oversee clients and staff in the building and construction industry.

Mr. Hitchcock serves as executive vice president of the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) and the Roofing Coatings Manufacturers Associations (RCMA).  He joined Kellen Company in 2003 and has over 15 years of association operation and management experience with expertise in financial planning, government affairs, as well as construction and building products. 

Mr. Hitchcock is also active in various professional societies including the American Society of Association Executives and The Center for association leadership (ASAE) and the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) Council of Manufacturing Associations.

Prior to joining Kellen, Mr. Hitchcock served as the managing director for administration at the Federal Bar Association (FBA). During his tenure with FBA, he was responsible for operations and financial administration, and worked closely with association members to formulate key public policy.

Mr. Hitchcock holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Central Connecticut State University.
