Kellen works to understand an organization’s mission and values and partners with volunteers to establish the metrics for success. On a daily basis, we manage and administer projects, programs and services as directed by our association leaders. We encourage boards to “run the association like a business” and insist on complete transparency in our operation and relationships with clients.
We emphasize thoughtful integration of disciplines and efficient implementation. By considering association programs at their component levels – target audience, benefit, content, packaging, price, delivery – every element can be leveraged for maximum value and impact for the customers and the organization. This approach often yields solutions to issues that are not seen as the immediate challenge. It is through this holistic view that Kellen helps organizations diagnose the root causes of challenges and not simply treat the symptoms.
